Friday, January 27, 2012  Once again, the Folsom Fire Company will be giving away a free hall rental in the year 2013. To enter for this give away which includes, 4 hour hall rental, unlimited soda, set up and clean up and the bartenders just stop by the station located at 4th and Sutton Ave any tuesday night between the hours of 7 PM and 9 PM.  Tickets for the give away are $10.00 and you must be 21 years of age to enter this contest.  This give away is great for Surprise Parties, Banquets, Showers, Graduations Wedding Receptions and the list goes on and on.  2nd Prize is $100.00, so please stop by the station to enter or call 610 461 9802 for more information. The drawing for the give away will be held on September 25th 2012 and the public is welcome to attend. The value of this give away is $800.00

Thursday, June 14, 2012  Any resident in the Folsom Section of Ridley Township in need of a smoke detector, please stop by the station located at 4th and Sutton Ave any Tuesday evening between 7 PM and 9 PM. All you need to bring with you is ID showing that you are a resident of Folsom. 

Thursday, June 14, 2012  On May 23rd 2012, Ridley 7 EMS moved into station 18.  Ridley 7 had been housed in another fire station prior to the move to station 18.  The Officers and members would like to welcome all the employees of Ridley 7 and say that we are happy your at your new home.

The Company responded to 172 calls for 2011, 90 day calls and 82 night calls. The company was in service for 89 hrs and 28 minutes. The calls were broken down, 32 structures, 13 apartments, 8 merchantile, 6 wires, 5 cover ups, 3 haz mats 5 vehicles 7 brush, 32 accidental alarms, 12 misc calls 6 CO alarms, 6 water rescues.  The company assisted station 43 Holmes fire co 20 times, company 49 Milmont fire co 8 times, station 67 Woodly fire company 18 times, Ridley 7 EMS 5 times, station 13 Morton Rutledge fire company 3 times. Members responding for the years 2011 were 1, 222, fire police 129  (1) civilian injured. Damage for 2011, property $10,300.00  contents $300.00, vehicles $57,500.00 for a total lost of $68,100.00

Thursday, December 15, 2011  On Sunday December 11th 2011, at 1314 hrs, Folsom Fire Co did assist Co 49 Milmont Fire Co on a building fire at 120 W Macdade Blvd.  Upon the arrival of Co 18 Folsom, began ventalation of the 1st floor of the building. The company was in service for 35 minutes.OIC was Chief Joe Carollo

Tuesday, January 11, 2011  The Folsom Fire company will be hosting a Ropes and Rigging certification class at the station on the dates listed below. This is a 16 hour course. Class will be instructed by a member of Philadelphia Resue 1 in coordination with Bucks County Public Safety.
