405 MacDade Blvd, Building Fire.

On January 21st 2020 at 19:17 hrs, Station 18 Folsom Fire Company was dispatched to 405 MacDade Blvd the Chick Filea store for a reported building fire. Upon the arrival of ENG 18 the crew found that a FF Fryer had a small fire coming out of the top of the fryer. The power to the Fryer was turned off, OIC requested FM 31 and the board of Health officer to respond. Once on location of FM 31 and the Health Officer, the company was available. Companies assist were Co 43 Holmes FC, Co 49 Milmont FC, Co 62 SM Vaulcain FC, Co 02 Norwood FC, Co 08 Prospect Park RIT and Medic 131. The company was inservice for 25 minutes under the command of Chief Joe Carollo.
